This could also be called "lemon meringue pie fudge" because it taste just like it. 1/2 cup butter 1 package (4.3 oz) cook and serve lemon pudding mix (NOT INSTANT LEMON PUDDING MIX) If you can't find cook and serve lemon pudding mix, use about 2 oz of lemon pie mix (about 1/2 cup). 1/2 cup whole milk (I used 2% and it was fine, you could use cream as well) 3 3/4 confectioner's (icing or powdered) sugar 1 tsp lemon extract
